1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services offered by New Breed Boxing Gym ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 3 Coates Drive, Goshen, NY 10924, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Gym Membership & Services
New Breed Boxing Gym offers boxing training services including one-on-one sessions, group classes, and fight team training. All memberships and sessions are subject to availability and gym policies. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and submitting any form on our website or signing up for our services, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from New Breed Boxing Gym at the phone number provided. Message types include:

Appointment reminders and session confirmations
Class schedule updates and gym announcements
Membership billing reminders
Promotional offers and gym news

Message frequency may vary — you may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your membership and activity.

4. Code of Conduct
All members and guests are expected to treat staff and fellow members with respect. New Breed Boxing Gym reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of gym policies, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

5. Health & Liability Waiver
By participating in any training program or gym activity, you acknowledge that boxing and physical fitness activities carry inherent risks. New Breed Boxing Gym is not liable for injuries sustained during training unless caused by gross negligence on the part of our staff. You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any fitness program.

6. Payment
Membership fees are billed monthly via online payment. A convenience fee may apply for online/automatic payments. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of membership access.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
